- You will need:
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter for frying
- Make it vegan! With egg replacer and milk alternative!
- 435 g (makes 8 large/ 12 – 16 smaller pancakes)
Ingredients: Unbleached Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin,Folate), Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt. Cinnamon Sugar packet: Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon.
